Shipping policy

Once the package has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once shipped most orders take between 1-3 weeks within Canada. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Tempted By Textiles cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages and will be up to the customer to file a claim with the shipping company.

Processing time can take 1-5 business days, depending on the time of year. We are a one woman show, as most small businesses are, so please give us grace with your processing and shipping timelines. If you have any concerns, please send us a message and we can chat!
